You might be asking why The BusinessAnt Consultancy chose to use an ant as the symbol for the business; why would you use such a tiny insect that crawls across your table with its entire colony and empties the sugar bowl?
Ants: Creatures of Habit with a Mission
Ants fascinate me for their tenacity. They always follow a scent trail, a lifeline that brings order to their world. They work as one, each with unique duties and responsibilities, driven by a shared purpose.
The Risks of Rigidity
But what if all the ants rigidly kept following the scent trail? They’d become stuck, unable to innovate. A broken trail? That would lead to chaos.
The Need for Rebellion
However, in every ant colony, there are rebellious outliers. These are the ants I admire. They dare to be different, seeking new paths and opportunities. They are the innovators, the pioneers who offer their colony a new future, always with the bigger goal in mind.
An ant colony needs those rebellious outliers, or it’s doomed.”
